We use only the freshest and highest quality fish, delivered daily. Sourced as sustainably as possible, our fish comes in on the loin and is broken down in house.

Our chefs carefully select each ingredient to ensure the perfect balance of flavors and textures in every dish.

In addition to our delicious food, we offer a variety of trendy, handcrafted cocktails inspired by the flavors of Asia to compliment  our extensive food menus.
